Who we make for
Blank-apparel brands, workwear labels and trading houses across Europe, North America and Asia — audited by the bodies below.
Who we are
Scandex Group started in 1999 as a 100% export-oriented garment manufacturer. Today the group runs cutting, sewing and finishing under one management — with a focus on promotional garments.
Cutting, sewing and finishing all sit inside the group. That means one team owns your price, your quality and your delivery date.

From fabric to export carton
Fabric is sourced to your brief, then moves through cutting, sewing, finishing and packing on our own floors — planned and checked by one team.
Fabric sourced and tested against your shade and GSM requirement.

The group
Garment manufacturing, washing, fashionwear, energy and fuel retail — held together by one management team.
The facility
Not a rendering and not a stock library — our compound, photographed this month.
A five-storey garment facility on our own compound in Gouripur, Ashulia — roughly forty minutes from central Dhaka and inside the country’s densest garment cluster.
Merchandising, sampling and the buyer meeting rooms sit behind the glass, one flight above the production floors they answer for.
Marked entries, controlled access and a compliance board at the door — the same routine whether it is an audit day or not.
Finished cartons move from the store to the yard and out to Chattogram under our own documentation desk.
Inside the factory
Not a stock library — these are our own floors.
People & responsibility
The audits matter — so does what happens on an ordinary Tuesday. This is our own welfare programme, our own fire team and our own buyers on the floor.
Relief and welfare distribution run from the factory gate, with the management team handing out in person.
A named fire team on every shift, with extinguishers checked and logged.
Occupational eye care brought on site with Kishoreganj Eye Hospital, January 2025.
Extinguisher training in the yard — not a certificate on a wall.
Line staff at a distribution day on the sewing floor.
Buyers and their compliance teams walk the lines whenever they visit.
Leadership
My goal is to create a brand that gives back to society, contributes to our communities and protects our environment while helping us move toward a sustainable future.
Throughout my career I have been involved in various businesses. Today my vision is not only to build a successful business, but to create something that gives back and lasts for future generations.
Growth is a number and growth is a process. Maintaining our foundation while growing sustainably is the key to building a lasting business.
Raised with the business values of my father, our vision is to identify challenges, overcome them and establish a platform for a greener, more sustainable future. Our ambition is to build Scandex into a recognised global brand.
